Use this registration for the Life Support Education team to create an RQI account (BLS ONLY).  You must register with your CHOP employee ID, CHOP email address (@chop.edu), role/title and cost center name/department (please don't write Nursing or NCCS).  If you don't know your cost center name/department please ask your direct supervisor.  

BLS/CPR can be for first time or renewals

If you need to have PALS (and/or ACLS) you will need to register for an in person course.
