We have offered this item in order to facilitate the option to our instructors to pay for AHA cards when teaching an Community class.
PLEASE NOTE: AHA eCard and traditional AHA card distribution will be delayed until payment for AHA cards/eCards has been received. Once payment has been received we will ensure that your AHA cards/eCards are distributed in accordance with AHA policies and procedures. We strive to provide ALL AHA cards/eCards in a minumum of time.
When paying for cards, please enter YOUR information (the Lead Instructor) in the "Student Information" field as well as the "Comments or Special Requests" field.
Select the amount covered for the amount of cards needed for Community CPR roster submission. If you need to purchase greater than $200.00 worth of AHA cards for the community at one time please contact John Erbayri @ erbayrij@email.chop.edu.
